GuardSafely is a family safety application that provides real-time encrypted location tracking, smart geofencing alerts, and secure voice messaging between parents and children. Unlike other family tracking apps, all location data is end-to-end encrypted using AES-256 — meaning your family's movements are private by default.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to GuardSafely for the remainder of your current billing period.
If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are issued on a prorated basis at our discretion.
By using GuardSafely, you agree to use the service lawfully and only to track family members who have consented to location sharing. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Child accounts must be set up by a parent or legal guardian.
GuardSafely reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. All location data is encrypted on your device before transmission. We have zero access to your family's location history.
